Anti-Bullying and Bully Prevention

Bullying - How to stop it!

Most of us remember that one kid in school to watch out for. The one who just loved to pick on anyone, regardless of the reason. We avoid him/her for fear of harm both psychological and physical. Why do certain kids become bully's? There are many varied reasons but for those kids contemplating this behavior something must change rapidly or the road to violence is mapped.

Wheels of Freestyle is committed to inspiring kids to funnel their energy and focus in positive goals and dreams. We believe that any child who is beginning to become hateful or angry at others is a "DREAM" away from redirecting his/her energy. When we become inspired we put all our focus on reaching a goal and living a dream. Without a dream we wander aimlessly and our most negative aspects begin to surface. The kids at risk of bullying behavior need inspiration more than any and a Wheels of Freestyle "GO BIG" School Assembly may just be the ticket.

Extreme Sports are slightly on the "edge" of conventional athletics which just may be the way to reach these kids. Incredible stunts, cool athletes and a positive and fun assembly will put a smile on every students face and will possibly inspire them to set a goal, to have a dream. Every person who accomplished anything started with an idea which developed into a dream or goal. This assembly could be the seed of positive change that your students need. Our pro athletes will share a message of kindness, positive motivation and setting dreams that counters drugs and violence and bullying.

When "cool" pro athletes tell the kids to stay away from fighting and picking on each other and instead look to accomplish big goals, the kids listen and remember. It is always amazing to return to a school a year later and have students remember your name, where you are from and everything you said. They really do listen! Consider a Wheels of Freestyle "GO BIG" assembly to bring inspiration to your students.
